PERFORMING ARTS | VIDEO ART

I was born in Athens in 1996. Before my studies, I was a member of the young musical company for teenagers in Greece called “On Stage” under the direction of Katerina Douma. In 2017, I attended a three-year professional dance program at the Higher Professional Dance School “Aktina.” To further my education, I participated in a brief course in Video Art at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where I became acquainted with performance art and video dance art. In 2023, I initiated teaching expressive movement techniques and contemporary dance exercises to the Contact Improvisation community in Luxembourg, including the Wednesday Night Fever at MUDAM museum. I participated in several dance workshops and classes, including the Gaga technique, Hofesh Shechter, Graham technique, Cunningham technique, Limon and Release technique, Contact Improvisation, Movement and Speech, Dance Theatre, Movement Combined with Music, Improvisation and Composition, Choreography and Composition. Since graduating, I have taught at various studios in Greece and Luxembourg. Currently, I am part of a children’s theatre residency in Rotondes, under the direction of Andrea Buzzetti, member of La Baracca – Testoni Ragazzi company.
